News ACC Chorus Presents Disney Dazzle
 Join us for the Spring Music Concert: Disney Dazzle on Saturday, May 17, 2008 at 7 p.m. in the school cafetorium. This show, directed by Mary Beth McCarthy, promises to be an exciting and fun show for the whole family. We hope to see you there!
SOAR Summer Reading Program Mandatory for all Students
Current and incoming ACCHS students have a new summer reading project to participate in - the SOAR Program (the SUMMER OF ADVENTUREOUS READING). Instead of the English department mandating specific books to be read by class-level, each student has had the oppportunity to select a book title chosen by a faculty member who will then facilitate a one-day "book group" in the fall term. Each student will be held accountable for reading the book, coming up with several discussion questions for the book group to discuss and then participating in the discussion.
Alumni Association Golf Outing Set for June 21st
The 16th Annual Aurora Central Catholic Golf Outing has been scheduled for Saturday, June 21, 2008 at Bliss Creek Golf Course in Sugar Grove . . . and the time has come for us to begin registration for this great event!

Jamie Nagel signs letter of intent for NCAA Division I
 Aurora Central Catholic senior Cross Country & Track star Jamie Nagel has signed her National College Letter of Intent to run Cross Country & Track at Southern Illinois University in Edwardsville. Nagel will compete next season for Coach Eileen McCallister as SIUE makes the transition from D-II, to D-1A, and joins the Ohio Valley Conference. Nagel is a 4-time state qualifier in Cross Country & Track at Aurora Central Catholic - she chose SIUE over Drake, Indianapolis, amongst others. Nagel will be majoring in Kinesiology at Southern Illinois University Edwardsville, with the emphasis in exercise and wellness.
